Richard Moody: A Creative Force Fueled by Fashion, Entertainment, and Community
With more than 30 years of experience, Minneapolis tastemaker Richard Moody is the go-to name for unforgettable, polished events. Known for his creative vision and seamless execution, he has produced over 75 shows for clients including Paisley Park/Prince, Aveda, NBA All-Star Weekend, and Von Maur.
Beyond fashion, Moody has helped launch the careers of models through institutions like Caryn International and Plaza 3, with many gracing runways across the U.S. and Europe.
In 2007, he was honored by Dress for Success alongside Damon Dash, Rachael Roy, and Yogi Berra. But it’s his dedication to giving back that truly sets him apart. He’s produced the 4-H Fashion Show for 24 years, led The Link MN Gift Giving Drive for two decades, and continues to support causes through his legendary holiday parties and community work with Hallie Q. Brown Center and Roho Collective.
“Inspiring youth through fashion and entertainment has been a blessing,” Moody says. “That’s why I’m so passionate—and why I always strive to do more.”
