The package includes a vendor table, mentions of on-site vendor names, and name recognition on all online promotions for the event date signed up for (if signed up early). 

Cost:

• Small Business Vendor + $25 gift (given away at a future event) - $75.00
• Small Business Vendor - $100.00
• Non Profits - $100.00

The fee applies to a single vendor only; no shared table space is allowed. A six-foot table is included. NO REFUNDS! 

Set-up time: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. IMPORTANT: NO SET-UP AFTER 11:30 AM! 

Vendors arriving late will not be allowed to set up. NO REFUND. 

Show hours: 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Take down: 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Display Rules: You promote your products only at this event. All items must be placed on, behind, or under tables only. No sound devices are allowed. The table size is unknown at this time.

SISTER SPOKESMAN VENDOR GUIDELINES: Sister Spokesman reserves the right to decline vendor registrations based on the following criteria:

• If the vendor does not provide a valued service to the attendees
• If the vendor is promoting a product or service that may be perceived as offensive or controversial
• If the vendor product or service is not a beneficial fit for those attending.
• Each declined registration will be followed with a written explanation of why.
