Set-Up Time: 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
IMPORTANT: No set-up allowed after 11:30 a.m. Vendors arriving late will forfeit their space with no refund.

- Take Down: 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Display Rules:
- Vendors may promote their products only.
- Items must remain on, behind, or under the table.
- No sound devices allowed.
Sister Spokesman Vendor Guidelines:
Sister Spokesman reserves the right to decline vendor registrations based on the following:
- The vendor does not provide a valued service to attendees.
- The vendor promotes a product or service perceived as offensive or controversial.
- The vendor’s product or service does not align with the event’s purpose. Each declined registration will include a written explanation.
