• Vendors may promote their products only.
• Items must remain on, behind, or under the table.
• No sound devices allowed.

Sister Spokesman reserves the right to decline vendor registrations based on the following:

• The vendor does not provide a valued service to attendees.
• The vendor promotes a product or service perceived as offensive or controversial.
• The vendor’s product or service does not align with the event’s purpose. Each declined registration will include a written explanation.
